I am trying to view your extra pictures but my browser won't let me!

When you try to view the extra pictures on this site, they open in pop-up windows, you may need to click the information bar at the top of IE to unblock the pop-ups.

The two biggest changes to Internet Explorer (IE) after installing SP2 are the Pop-Up Blocker and the Manage Add-Ons screen, both accessible from the tools menu. In our testing, we found that the Pop-Up Blocker, at its default medium setting, worked pretty well, catching all common types of pop-ups. It places an information bar at the top of the window when it blocks a pop-up, which lets you decide whether to let it through or not. The Manage Add-Ons screen displays all the browser helper objects attached to IE, and lets you disable them. We would have also liked the option to remove them completely.

If you are not visiting lots of porn sites, we would recommend that you disable the IE pop-up-blocker!

 

How do I use the Shop?

To find a product, use the menu on the left of the page. Some products are on more than one page. Once you've chosen your item, add it to your basket by clicking the shopping trolley icon to the right of the product quantity. Default quantity is one. You can change this now or when you check your basket.

What's the Check Out procedure ?

Please ensure that the quantity of your chosen product(s) is correct and that your address is correct. You MUST put your house number or house name in the "Street" box. We can't send your order to you otherwise. Include in the "Street" box your village or suburb if it normally forms part of your address.

If you press the back button on your browser or mouse at any point during the checkout process, you might get MORE THAN ONE order confirmation in your email inbox. Rest assured that if you receive only ONE email payment confirmation from WORLD PAY, you have only paid once.

The order confirmation is generated automatically BEFORE you enter your credit card details on World Pay's secure server. Thus, even if your credit card payment fails, you may think you've paid even when you have not. Email us if you are not sure if your payment has gone through. We will be able to tell you immediately.

What is World Pay?

They're the people who process your credit card details on our behalf. Owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland, they are responsible for the secure transmission of hundreds of thousands of credit card transactions daily. Still not convinced? See World Pay's  About Us section for more details.

What is Globecharge?

Globecharge is the interface between our website and World Pay. They send your name and address details both to World Pay and to us. Your details are encrypted at every stage. Like World Pay, Globecharge has inbuilt security systems to prevent fraudsters taking us for a ride. Learn more about Globecharge .

How long do I wait for my order before I contact you?

We try very hard to despatch your order within 7 days of receipt, often literally going the extra mile to do so. So far in 2007we've succeeded, not without a few tears and the odd drop of blood at times as well. So while we understand your desire to get your mitts on your stuff asap, it really is pointless phoning or emailing us the day after you've ordered to find out where your items are. Patience is an under-rated virtue.
